This website is information, not an offer

Everything published here — origins, coffees, specifications, grades and descriptions — is provided for information. It is an invitation to enquire. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, not a quotation, and not a guarantee that any particular coffee is available in any particular quantity, at any particular time or price.

No contract for the supply of coffee arises from this website. Supply is agreed only under a separate written contract or confirmed order between us, which sets out quantity, quality, price, delivery terms, shipment period and everything else that matters. Where anything on this site conflicts with that contract, the contract governs.

About product information

Green coffee is an agricultural product. Screen size, moisture, defect count, cup score, altitude, crop year and availability vary between lots and between harvests, and the figures published here are indicative of a type rather than a warranty about a specific lot.

Quality is settled the way the trade settles it: against an approved sample and the specification recorded in the contract for the shipment in question. Photographs are illustrative. Nothing on this website should be relied on in place of a sample and a written specification.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that you are authorised to send it on behalf of the business you name. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Sending an enquiry places no obligation on either of us. We are not obliged to respond to, accept or quote against any enquiry, and you are not committed to anything by making one.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable sanctions, export control or trade law.
• Submit false, misleading or impersonating information through the enquiry form.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its administration area, or the systems behind it.

• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site, or place unreasonable load on it by automated means.

The content of this website — including its text, photography, design, and the AVEEM name and mark — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view it, and print or download extracts for the legitimate purpose of evaluating us as a supplier. Where the site links to another organisation's website or profile, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.

This clause concerns the website only. Our liability in respect of coffee we supply is governed by the contract for that supply.

We may revise these terms. The version published here, bearing the effective date shown at the top, is the one that applies to your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any dispute resolution provision agreed in a separate contract of supply between us.
